The Grammys Are Such A Joke
Neil Young wins his first Grammy nearly 50 years after beginning his career for a box set (seriously? and it wasn’t even the best box set in the category!), while morons like Eminem and Lady GaGa are busy racking them up left and right for utter garbage?
Luckily, the Grammys only amount to an ass kissing popularity contest, and don’t actually have any reflection on 99% of what’s really going on in music today. My favorite award winner appears to be Jay-Z for “Death Of Autotune.” Kind of ironic that he gets a grammy for a song knocking the substance of probably more than half the evening’s winners. Also, Steve Martin made the best bluegrass album on the planet last year? Ha!
