A photo my mom sent me from last weekend. Forbs decided to tear apart a bag of flour and have himself a rather bland meal while my parents were out to dinner. Never doubt the appetite of this 12 lb monster!

Another one of the minpins from Forbin’s breeder just had a new litter of all chocolate min pins (not pictured here), rather than the red or black and tan variety. I’ve been giving it a good amount of thought, and I’m going to get one of them in mid-December to join Forbin. I’d love for him to have a permanent companion (rather than just when he visits home and stays with the other dogs) and think he’d benefit from it in the long run. However, at 3 1/2 years old I think now is probably the best time to do it or not do it at all. And given that he could live to be anywhere from 14-17 years old, I think a companion is something he could benefit from.
Plus, I’d love to have another one of these adorable little dogs in my life. There’s something about the personality of a minpin that is so different from many other breeds that I just love to death. Call me a softy or a little dog guy if you will (though I’d never have another breed of small dog), but they’ve taken a permanent place in my heart.

Last night, at the Shake Shack, we saw this. We wanted to take video of the poor thing slipping all over the place (just finished raining), but we tumblrfailed on that one.
omg, it’s gay-biker Forbin!
